Handling stolen goods –Section 22 of the 1968 Act states that a person is guilty of handling stolen goods if, knowing or believing them to be stolen, and acting other than in the course of stealing, he dishonestly does one of the following: 1. Receives the goods; 2. arranges to receive them; 3. undertakes their detention, removal, disposal or realisation by or for the benefit of another; 4. arranges to undertake the above; 5. assists in their detention, removal, disposal or realisation, ect; 6. arranges to assist in the above.
